1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and hbije ("hbije", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gambling platform accessible at hbije.com. These Terms apply to all products, services, features, and content made available through the hbije platform, including the casino, live casino, sportsbook, crash games, and any promotional programmes operated by hbije.

By creating an account on hbije, depositing funds, or placing any wager on any product offered by hbije, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you unconditionally agree to be bound by them. You further acknowledge that these Terms form a valid and enforceable contract between you and hbije.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of the hbije platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. hbije operates as a strictly 18+ platform. Individuals under the age of 18 are absolutely prohibited from registering, depositing, or participating in any gaming or betting activity on hbije.

• Single account: You may hold only one registered account on hbije. Operating multiple accounts is a serious violation of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
• Not self-excluded: You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, voluntary exclusion request, or any other restriction that would prohibit your participation in online gambling activities.

hbije reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any stage of the registration process or thereafter. Where a Player is found to have provided false information regarding their age or eligibility, hbije will void all wagers placed by that Player, withhold any winnings, and immediately close the account. Any deposits already made will be reviewed in accordance with applicable anti-fraud procedures before any refund decision is taken.

3 Account Registration

To access hbije's full range of products — including real-money casino games, sports betting, and promotional offers — you must register a player account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. hbije is obligated to verify the identity of all registered players as part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) and anti-money laundering (AML) obligations.

3.1 Registration Information

3.4 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on hbije at any time. Where hbije identifies duplicate accounts held by the same individual (whether based on matching personal information, device fingerprinting, IP address analysis, or payment method data), hbije reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts immediately, void all associated wagers and bonuses, and withhold or confiscate any balances pending investigation.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on hbije are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). hbije supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Sonali Bank, Islami Bank, and Visa and Mastercard cards issued by Bangladeshi financial institutions.

4.1 Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The maximum deposit amount per transaction may vary depending on the payment method used and any limits applied to your account.
• Deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are typically credited to your hbije account within seconds of the transaction being confirmed.
• hbije does not charge any fees on deposits from its side. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges; hbije is not responsible for any third-party fees.
• All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. hbije will not accept deposits from third-party accounts and will return such funds where technically possible.
• hbije reserves the right to request documentation confirming ownership of any payment method used to deposit funds.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests will only be processed to the same payment method used to make the corresponding deposit, wherever technically possible.
• Players must have completed identity verification (KYC) before any withdrawal can be processed. Unverified accounts are not eligible for withdrawals.
• Withdrawals via mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) are typically processed within 1 to 24 hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take between 1 and 3 business days depending on the receiving institution.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

5.2 Wagering Requirements

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only and may not be transferred, sold, or exchanged.
• Each Player is eligible for the welcome bonus once only. Multiple accounts created to claim the welcome bonus will be treated as a violation of these Terms.
• hbije reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that this does not adversely affect any bonus already in progress for an active Player.
• In the event of any inconsistency between a promotional communication and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail unless the promotional communication expressly states otherwise.

6 Game Rules & Betting

hbije offers casino games, live casino tables, slots, crash games, and sports betting. The rules governing individual games are determined by the respective game studios and providers — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Spribe, NetEnt, and Microgaming — and are displayed within each game interface. 6.1 Random Number Generators

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the hbije platform. Violation of any of the following provisions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Fraud and collusion: Any attempt to defraud hbije or other players through manipulation, collusion, chip dumping, soft play, or any other dishonest means is strictly prohibited.
• Money laundering: Using hbije to launder funds of any kind, whether through deposits, wagering, or withdrawals, is a criminal offence and will be reported to the relevant authorities. hbije maintains active anti-money laundering (AML) monitoring across all accounts.

• Automated play: The use of bots, scripts, automated betting software, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human means to interact with hbije's games or sportsbook is prohibited.
• Chargebacks: Initiating an unjustified chargeback or payment reversal with your bank or payment provider in respect of a genuine hbije transaction is a serious breach of these Terms.
• Underage gambling: Allowing or facilitating access to hbije by any person under the age of 18 is prohibited and may constitute a criminal offence.
• Impersonation: Registering an account using another person's identity, payment details, or personal information is prohibited and may constitute fraud.
• Interference with platform integrity: Any attempt to interfere with the operation of hbije's platform, including hacking, introducing malware, or exploiting software vulnerabilities, is strictly prohibited and will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of applicable law.

8 Account Closure & Suspension

Either the Player or hbije may close or suspend a player account, subject to the conditions set out in this section.

8.1 Player-Initiated Closure

Players may request the closure of their account at any time by contacting hbije's customer support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Before closing the account, hbije will process any pending withdrawal of available funds to the Player's registered payment method, provided all KYC requirements have been satisfied. Any outstanding bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

8.2 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to take a break from gambling for responsible gaming reasons may request self-exclusion for a period of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, or permanently. 8.3 hbije-Initiated Suspension or Closure

hbije reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or incomplete registration or KYC information.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• Failure to comply with an identity verification request within the specified timeframe.
• Court order, legal requirement, or instruction from a regulatory authority.
• Conduct that hbije reasonably believes poses a risk to the integrity of its platform or the safety of other users.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, funds held in the account will be frozen during the investigation period. If the investigation concludes that no breach has occurred, the account will be reinstated and funds released. Where a breach is confirmed, hbije reserves the right to withhold or confiscate balances in accordance with the nature of the breach.

8.4 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, hbije's total liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the hbije platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. hbije shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise.

8.5 Intellectual Property

All content on the hbije platform — including but not limited to the hbije brand name, logo, website design, software, text, graphics, and game interfaces — is the property of hbije or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Players may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any hbije content without prior written permission.

8.6 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved amicably through hbije's customer support process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts. hbije's primary operational language for all legal and support communications is English.
